Managing all expected key performance indicators i.e., COGS and rostering. Supervising and coaching team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience. Deliver ZSG food quality and safety standards. Preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies. Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation. Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff. Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations. Assisting with the training of staff.
