The Security Engineer will serve as the Global Cyber Security & Frauds security resource for Fiserv's Australia. The Security Engineer will act as a liaison between the GCSF and the country team, aligning business requirements with security policy compliance while processing requests for changes and access. Responsibilities Manage cryptographic keys in line with the Fiserv Security Key Management Policy and Procedures, and provide timely support for key-related activities including at the Datacenters. Advance Crypto Key Security Risk & Compliance awareness and training programs for Key management staff. Maintain the overall security for Fiserv Australia networks, systems, databases and assets. Monitor adherence to internal Fiserv standards, controls, and frameworks. Perform security assessments and application crypto security reviews, coordinate vulnerability remediation, assess new technologies for security impact, and manage compliance deliverables. Ensure internal and external network segments and business projects on the infrastructure are designed and maintained securely per the zoning security guidelines. Ensure network designs/changes meet security requirements and do not introduce weaknesses or vulnerabilities. Key Position Requirements Strong working knowledge of information security controls such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, log analysis, access ID control, gateway security, encryption tools, etc. Experience in cryptography technologies and management of cryptographic keys. Knowledge of email and internet security, handling anti-virus and malware incidents and alerts. Experience in handling security incidents, ability to review and identify security events and incidents and take required actions. Exposure to PCI DSS, internal and external audits including PCI DSS, PCI PIN, ISO27001 and client audits. Experience with enterprise security processes, procedures and compliance. Good communication skills and experience working in an international organization. 8 years of related IT experience. MS or Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent work experience in Key Management and relevant certifications. Ability to coordinate virtual teams across multiple departments and physical locations.
