Job Description As part of a conditional, binding agreement to acquire another Australian payment services provider, subject to regulatory approvals, we are looking for a Senior Project Analyst to join our Program team. As the Senior Project Analyst you will, provide oversight and support for the effective delivery of the project workstream’s outputs and products, ensuring that each project stream within the broader program is executed successfully. You’ll be responsible for driving the achievement of strategic objectives and benefits, maintaining delivery within budget, on schedule, and to the required standard of quality, in alignment with Cuscal’s Project Management and Project Investment Governance and Execution Frameworks. You’ll also make an impact by: Maintain integration governance with clear controls to manage progress, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions and resources. Coordinate integration tasks with Program outcomes—synergy, culture, and operations—under direction from the Program Director and Integration Lead. Provide a consistent and precise overview of integration progress, enabling effective change management and informed decision-making regarding legacy systems, processes, and priorities. Apply best practice project governance frameworks appropriate to the Program and ensure data hygiene across program management systems e.g JIRA, Confluence. Collaborate with both internal and external teams to develop plans aligned with the agreed scope of work and manage stakeholders and their expectations. Manage executive reporting cadence to track integration milestones, synergy targets, and risk indicators using RAG status and clear stakeholder communication (as needed and applicable to the workstream). Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, templates, and methodologies to drive quality delivery. Support Program budget management, including synergy tracking, transition costs, forecasting, contingency and resource utilization to ensure alignment with financial plans. Review business cases, funding proposals, and change requests for completeness and alignment with scope, schedule, and resource needs
