The Head of Digital Analytics will be a seasoned leader responsible for steering digital analytics department to new heights. The role involves leading the service offering across Australia and New Zealand, providing exceptional insights that drive business growth, and improving TRKKN's thought leadership. This is a hands-on leadership position, requiring both strategic vision and deep involvement in executing complex projects for major brands and agencies. Key Accountabilities Lead the Digital Analytics department by defining and executing the vision and strategy for the ANZ market Manage and oversee the team's performance, making compensation recommendations and being involved in hiring decision. Identify, plan, and execute new digital growth projects, working closely with the Business Development team on go-to-market strategies for new services helping to acquire new clients and maximise profitability. You will cultivate and grow key relationships, particularly with Google in Australia and New Zealand, maintaining TRKKN's position as a leading partner for Google Analytics 360 Develop and execute thought leadership strategies, creating high-quality content like white papers, case studies, and blog posts The person we are looking for A self-motivated individual with a drive to make an impact in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, possessing an intuition for digital developments and business opportunities Proven experience in the sale and delivery of data, technology, and/or digital analytics consulting services Proven experience leading a high performing team Expert knowledge in GA4, GA360, GTM and strong knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud Platform. Experience with CDP and/or DMP platforms and integrating digital data with them is a must.
