Childcare Jobs - Executive/Senior leader, Full Time - Deer Park VIC, Australia The Role Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring that our network of 40 kindergartens and childcare centres provides safe and high-quality education and care. Leading a team of 7 area managers and working closely with our General Manager, Legal, Risk & Compliance, you will build and maintain robust systems and processes and champion a culture of continuous improvement. You Will Love This Role If You Bring A strategic leadership style which is highly collaborative with our dynamic team of area managers. Demonstrated ability to navigate complexity, competing priorities and constantly changing situations and needs. Success in operational leadership roles in large people-based service delivery organisations, including direct hands-on experience developing strong, easy-to-implement systems and processes. A passion for improving the responsiveness of services to families and children’s needs. Strong business acumen and leadership skills, with the confidence to manage budgets, resolve complex HR matters with advice from our People and Culture experts, and to hold third party suppliers and partners accountable for delivery. Experience managing complex relationships with regulators and government funders. A post graduate qualification in Management, Teaching or a discpline related to the role.
