As a Cremator Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our cremation services are delivered with dignity, precision, and compassion. About the Role This hands-on role supports the Cremation and Client Field Teams in operating cremation equipment, preparing ashes, and maintaining high standards of care and cleanliness. You'll be part of a team that helps families say goodbye with peace of mind. Key Responsibilities Operate cremation and ashes processing equipment Sort and tag pets accurately, ensuring proper documentation Prepare and QA ashes for return to clients Assist with unloading pets and managing cool room storage Greet clients for viewings and deliver ashes to homes or vet clinics Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the crematorium facility Perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs Liaise with internal teams and vet clinics as needed What We're Looking For Comfortable working in high-temperature environments Experience with industrial equipment and power tools Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Good computer and technical skills Emotionally intelligent and professional communicator Q Fever vaccinated (or willing to obtain) Our Values - CARES Collaboration Accountability Responsiveness Excellence Safety Why Join Us?
