We're looking for a dedicated Area Manager to join our Client Field Team and help us deliver our purpose with care and integrity. About the Role As an Area Manager, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for the collection and return of pets from veterinary clinics and homes and ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Collect pets from vet clinics and homes according to scheduled runs Return ashes and keepsakes to clients with empathy and professionalism Maintain strong relationships with veterinary practices Assist with urgent collections and liaise with internal teams Ensure accurate tagging, documentation, and handling of payments Maintain vehicle cleanliness and stock levels Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in all work areas Attend team meetings and collaborate across departments What We're Looking For: Compassionate and emotionally intelligent individual Strong communication and customer service skills Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg unassisted Q Fever vaccinated (or willing to obtain) Comfortable working in emotionally sensitive environments High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Full driver's licence and ability to work independently Our Values - CARES: Collaboration , Accountability , Responsiveness , Excellence , and Safety guide everything we do.
