These are: Integrity Growth Respect Excellence Key Roles and Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients with behaviors of concern Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, mobility, and social engagement Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with other professionals Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients, managing challenging behaviors with patience and respect Document and report on client progress, incidents, and any changes in behavior Work closely with family members, health professionals, and other support staff Essential Qualifications & Skills: Highly Experienced working in disability support, particularly with clients displaying behaviors of concern, is highly desirable Minimum 1 Year of Disability Support Work Experience Highly experienced in Handling Clients with Complex Behaviors Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent qualification Only Female Candidates need to Apply !
