Minimum Requirements: Minimum AQF Certificate III in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Key Responsibilities 1. Compliance, Governance & Quality Ensure all services comply with NDIS Practice Standards, legislation, policies, and ethical frameworks. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation, including case notes, rosters, care plans, and reports. Report to the NDIS Commission and other regulatory bodies as required. Lead and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives across SIL services. 2. Service Delivery & Participant Outcomes Oversee and facilitate the delivery of safe, client-centred supports in SIL and community settings. Conduct intake, assessments, and referrals to ensure appropriate and timely services. Support participants to develop independence, daily living skills, wellbeing, and community participation. Monitor and respond to changes in participant health or behaviour, updating care plans as needed. Assist participants in accessing mainstream and specialist services (e.g., health, counselling, financial, legal). Uphold participant dignity, privacy, and choice at all times. 3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families/guardians, support coordinators, public trustees, and healthcare professionals. Represent the organisation at forums and stakeholder meetings to strengthen partnerships and service visibility. Communicate services effectively to prospective clients and referral networks to support service growth. Ensure clear and consistent communication across internal teams and external stakeholders. 4. Administration & Program Management Coordinate program planning, reporting, and administration to support effective service delivery. Ensure adherence to organisational policies and procedures across all service areas. Identify opportunities for service innovation and development. Skills & Experience Demonstrated leadership in disability, allied health, or community services. Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation. Experience managing SIL services or supported accommodation. Excellent organisational, rostering, and case management skills. Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
