About the role The Business Development Manager (Mindspring Padel) is responsible for leading the identification, development and implementation of strategic expansion Mindspring P adel projects across Australia and NZ. This role will drive high-impact projects that align with Tennis Australia's growth priorities, driving commercial performance, stakeholder engagement, and long-term venue sustainability. The role operates as a key strategic and delivery lead, engaging senior stakeholders and industry partners to advance Padel’s footprint. It will be responsible for shaping the strategic pipeline, negotiating key agreements, and supporting multi-discipline infrastructure projects . This role is a 2-year max-term contract. In this role you will: Lead the identification, engagement, conversion and implementation of Mindspring projects . Support strategic Mindspring infrastructure projects nationally. Train, develop and educate support staff as . Regularly liaise with industry suppliers and contractors to ensure up-to-date information. Develop resources and training to support the implementation of Mindspring projects and related ventures . Develop venue modelling support to determine sustainable operations for new and redeveloped venues . About you To be successful in this role you will have : A t ertiary qualification in S ports A dministration/ M anagement/ B usiness or similar . Experience within facility development and local government secto r. High level interpersonal skills to effectively develop and maintain partnerships, networks and stakeholder relationships . An u nderstanding of the challenges associated with administering sport clubs and centres, including operations . A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain) . Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia . What’s to love?
