The opportunity Step into a leadership role with impact as a Member Services Team Leader on a 9-month contract. In this role you’ll lead a high-performing, well-established hybrid team, driving consultant development and operational excellence. With a focus on empowering your consultants, you’ll shape a culture that delivers consistently exceptional member experiences that is seamless, professional, and truly valued. In this fast-paced and varied environment, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a team, driving performance through hands-on coaching, mentoring, and development. Your leadership will ensure consistent, high-quality service across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat. About you We are looking for an individual who has worked in a fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity. You are a passionate leader with a desire to support, inspire and coach your team to achieve their best. This passion for service excellence allows us to attract quality consultants who may become our UniSuper talent of the future. In addition, you will possess: 3 years leadership experience within financial services Strong understanding of Call Centre Fundamentals Ability to support your team through quality monitoring and extensive experience in providing constructive feedback and coaching Previous experience in managing remote teams Proven experience in navigating multiple systems skills Facilitation experience with the ability to run meetings and workshops Experience working in an ever-changing environment where it is imperative to use initiative and problem solve The US way UniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
