The Opportunity We’re seeking a Site Supervisor to lead the delivery of projects across Greater Sydney (primarily in the Northwest and Southwest). In this role, you’ll be the vital link between crews, subcontractors, and management – driving site performance, safety, and quality to deliver projects that make a real difference in the community. What You’ll Do Lead and coordinate daily site works, supervising staff and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and to WEM Scape’s high standards. Work with Project and Construction Managers to plan ahead, manage resources, and track progress. Drive a strong safety culture – run site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure WHS and environmental compliance. Oversee quality on site, reviewing specifications, inspections, and reporting to management. Mentor and support your team, fostering a respectful, positive, and high-performing culture. Build strong relationships with clients, councils, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery. What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in landscaping or civil construction Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent) Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and deliver against project programs Solid knowledge of WHS, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project/client management systems Current driver’s licence Survey rover competence for set out and quality assurance checks (desirable) Flexibility to travel across sites and adapt to project requirements Why Join WEM Scape?
