Civil Labourer About the role: Working 6am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday in a permanent role at $45 per hour, you will be travelling in company trucks from the depot in Emu Plains, with the majority of projects conducted in the Sydney CBD. You will be working with hand and power tools as part of a small crew installing street infrastructure such as seating, bus stops, shelters and other items. Each day your daily tasks: Working on a variety of street infrastructure installations, you will: Consistenty use hand and power tools Dig holes, pave, concrete, asphalt and restore areas Installing street furniture and shelters Operate a small excavator (if licenced) Work safely following all instructions Selection Criteria: The successful candidate needs to possess at a minimum the following experience and attributes: Previous experience in a similar role is essential Class C driver’s licence essential MR licence is preferred Current LF forklift ticket is preferred Current excavator and/or backhoe ticket is preferred You will be reliable, punctual, and a true team player Great attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you have previous Civil Labouring experience, we encourage you to apply now.
