The Role This position will see you lead and deliver a diverse range of civil infrastructure projects, including: Complex, large-scale urban subdivisions TfNSW-related road and infrastructure works Bulk earthworks, drainage, utilities, and pavement construction You'll be responsible for managing teams on-site, overseeing subcontractors and suppliers, driving program delivery, and ensuring all works are completed to the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Full project lifecycle management from procurement to handover Stakeholder and client liaison, including interface with authorities such as TfNSW and local councils Budget, program, and safety performance oversight Management of site personnel, subcontractors, and project engineers Reporting, forecasting, and contract administration Risk identification and mitigation Ideal Candidate You will ideally have: 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in civil construction Proven experience managing complex subdivision works or TfNSW infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of roads, earthworks, drainage, and services A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) Exceptional leadership and communication skills A results-driven mindset with a commitment to safety and quality Why Join?
