ABOUT THE ROLE Apex Radiology is seeking an experienced full-time Booking Centre Supervisor to lead and support our patient bookings team. This role combines operational duties with staff supervision, ensuring efficient, patient-centered scheduling and excellent customer service. Reporting to the Administration Services Manager, your responsibilities will include: • Supervising the Booking Centre team including training, rostering, and workflow support. • Handling escalated patient and referrer enquiries professionally. • Maintaining operational workload by scheduling patient appointments and managing calls. • Monitoring call volumes, wait times, and patient experience metrics. • Ensuring accuracy of bookings, patient communication, and fee estimates. • Supporting process improvements and workflow efficiency initiatives.
