We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parts Catalogue Coordinator to join a busy team supporting a major ERP (D365) system implementation. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of high-volume parts catalogue data during and after go-live. This is an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension or transition to permanent employment for the right candidate. What You'll Do Process high volumes of time-sensitive parts creation requests in D365. Maintain catalogue integrity, including pricing updates and data accuracy. Ensure compliance with internal standards and timelines across multiple operations. Support ongoing system and process improvements post-go-live. Collaborate closely with procurement, operations, and systems teams to resolve discrepancies. What You'll Bring Strong administration and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail. Background in purchasing, procurement, or systems administration. ERP experience (D365 desirable, but not essential). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
