We are a purpose-led member organisation striving to create greater value for our members and deliver on our purpose to be “The driving force for a better WA.” We are seeking a Voice of Member Specialist to join our dedicated team on a permanent full time basis where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the voices of our members are heard and acted upon. This role provides specialist research expertise to optimise member involvement and engagement in the RAC’s Voice of Member program. What will you be doing? Lead the execution of in-house research fieldwork across all workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality insights that enhance member value and inform strategic decisions. Design and oversee the teams’ research communications and incentive program to optimise member engagement and participation in the Voice of Member program. Manage the Voice of Member mailbox, ensuring prompt, thoughtful, and effective responses to member-initiated correspondence. Oversee and maintain stakeholder access to the team’s online survey platform, ensuring appropriate permission levels are assigned based on roles and project needs. Regularly audit access logs and update user groups to maintain data security and compliance with organisational policies. Lead the curation of the team’s research repository. What are we looking for in you? Experience in customer and market insights, research, or analytics roles. Strong organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency of research data. Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and influence outcomes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large datasets. Clear and professional written communication skills, suitable for member correspondence, reporting, and stakeholder updates. What can we offer you?
