Company Summary: This company is one of WA's key Residential Builders, having been in the market for several years they are highly regarded for their quality of builds and focus on customer satisfaction. Independently owned and operated, you will be joining a close-knit team who have been with the company for several years delivering single and double storey builds and unique projects nationally. They are currently looking for a Prestart Consultant to be based in their newly renovated office. The role will overseas selections for their single storey builds and will do 3-4 prestart meetings per week. Collaborative and welcoming team environment Key Requirements: A minimum of one years’ experience in prestart, contract administrator or an administration-based role within residential building. Strong understanding of Building contracts and contracts administration. A passion for assisting clients with colours/material selections. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal A keen eye for detail when completing documentation.
