About the Role This role is a mix of customer service and administration , supporting the smooth running of our busy workshop. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a key role in delivering excellent service from booking to vehicle pick-up. Key Responsibilities Greeting customers, handling enquiries, and booking service appointments Communicating clearly with customers about service requirements and updates Preparing job cards, quotes, and invoices Liaising with workshop staff to ensure jobs run on time General office and administration duties About You Prior experience in the automotive industry or a strong knowledge of motor vehicles Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organisational and admin abilities Confident with computers and basic office systems A team player with a positive, proactive attitude What We Offer Part-time hours: 10:00am – 2:00pm Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunity to be part of a well-established local business If you’re passionate about cars, love helping people, and are looking for flexible part-time work – we’d love to hear from you.
