You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, upholding service standards, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities: Manage business phone calls and reservations professionally during operating hours. Lead and support front-of-house staff to ensure outstanding customer service and smooth team performance. Collaborate with the management team to meet sales targets and drive operational excellence. Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive brand image. Monitor food and beverage presentation and quality throughout service. Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations. Provide input on menu development and identify opportunities for service improvement. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a busy venue. Current VIC Liquor Licence is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills; bilingual abilities are a plus. Good command of spoken and written English. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and keen attention to detail. Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Sushi-making experience is highly regarded.
