Job Title: Senior Performance Manager We’re looking for a data-driven Senior Performance Manager to lead paid digital strategies across search, social, and affiliate channels. In this fast-paced eCommerce environment, you’ll drive traffic, conversion, and ROI through expertly executed performance campaigns and lead a growing team of digital specialists. Responsibilities Develop and optimise full-funnel digital marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing. Manage day-to-day campaign performance using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads. Monitor KPIs, ROAS, and customer acquisition metrics; deliver clear reports and insights. Oversee budgets, forecasting, and spend reallocation to maximise performance. Lead a team of digital marketers, setting clear goals and promoting continuous learning. Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, eCommerce, creative) and external vendors to deliver high-impact campaigns. Ensure tracking accuracy, platform integrations, and compliance with privacy standards. Qualifications 5 years' experience in digital performance marketing, ideally within eCommerce or fashion. Proven results in paid media management and budget optimisation. Proficient in Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Ads, and related tools. Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
