Job Title: Paid Search & Affiliates Lead Location: Alexandria We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Paid Search & Affiliates Lead to own and execute global performance strategies across Paid Search, YouTube, and Affiliate channels. This is a key role within a fast-paced ecommerce environment focused on international growth, innovation, and measurable results. Responsibilities Lead Paid Search and Affiliate strategy and execution across global markets. Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns to meet ROAS, CPA, and revenue targets. Own feed health, technical optimisation, and platform innovation. Report weekly with clear, data-led insights and performance recommendations. Build strong partner relationships (Google, Awin, etc.) and explore new affiliate opportunities. Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure executional excellence. Qualifications Proven experience managing Paid Search campaigns in an ecommerce setting. Strong knowledge of Shopping campaigns, feed management, and analytics tools. Experience managing affiliate programmes and driving measurable ROI. Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and passionate about performance marketing.
