Change & Transformation - Support organisational change, transformation, and adoption of new ways of working. Facilitation & Requirements Gathering - Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements with clarity and precision. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with strategy, commercial, product, analytics, and governance teams to align initiatives with business objectives. Marketplace Rollout - Contribute to the design, governance, and rollout of marketplace functionality in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. About You Experienced in business analysis within digital or technology environments. Skilled in facilitation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement . Strong understanding of marketplace models and cross-functional operations. Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile/lean environments .
