Skills & Experience 5 years’ experience in marketing, product or category management within consumer goods or related industries, experience in trade would be desirable; Strong execution capability with hands-on experience managing product portfolios or bundles; Proven experience in developing and managing customer loyalty or rewards programs; Ability to develop and deliver segment-specific marketing plans; Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; and Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
