We’re seeking a Maintenance Trade Assistant to join a nationally recognized electrical cable manufacturer in Crestmead . This is a full-time day shift position offering consistent hours and career growth. Day to Day responsibilities: Assist maintenance tradespeople with repairs and servicing of machinery and equipment Perform basic maintenance tasks under supervision (e.g. lubrication, cleaning, replacing parts) Use hand and power tools safely for general workshop and site tasks Support breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance routines Maintain a safe and tidy work area Assist with moving parts, tools, and equipment as required Forklift duties when needed What we need from you: Previous experience in manufacturing industry or workshop Valid LF Forklift licence. Welding knowledge or experience Good attention to detail and basic mechanical aptitude Reliability and dependability to attend shifts on-time every time.
