Assembling, manufacturing, testing, and rebuilding artificial lift products to specification Identifying and reporting design or component issues, and working through problem-solving processes Driving continuous improvement by raising and actioning initiatives to improve efficiency and eliminate waste Contributing to quality control documentation, risk assessments, and procedural updates Supervising and motivating team members while maintaining strong staff morale Ensuring a safe and compliant workplace, following company procedures and legal regulations What do you need? Driver’s Licence Forklift Licence (desirable) Qualification in mechanical engineering or equivalent trade background Two or more years’ relevant manufacturing/production experience Be able to work and manage with others as part of a team Ability to motivate and excite staff Supervise and manage delegated staff Self-motivated with a focus on accuracy and quality Strong maths ability and computer literacy (Microsoft Office) Ability to solve problems and work unsupervised Willingness to follow processes and procedures consistently Safety-conscious and reliable If you think this could be the role for you then please apply now!
