Our team works closely with our integrated finance transactions group of over 350 lawyers globally and is known for technical expertise and market-leading, innovative structures. The Opportunity We are growing our Global Markets team and are looking to hire lawyers at the Lawyer and Senior Associate level to work across securitisation, debt capital markets, derivatives and structured finance. Responsibilities Work across securitisation, debt capital markets, derivatives and structured finance as part of a global markets team. Support execution of capital markets transactions and provide technical drafting and transactional support within a team of lawyers. Engage with clients to understand needs and respond effectively to client requirements. Collaborate with colleagues across Ashurst's global network on complex deals. Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to knowledge sharing. Qualifications 2 years of legal experience in general finance, securitisation, structured finance or debt capital markets in a firm environment. Strong technical and drafting skills. Client-facing experience and ability to understand and respond to client needs. Commercial approach and strong negotiation skills. Collaborative attitude to working within large teams and with colleagues at all levels. Ability to guide and mentor junior lawyers.
