The Opportunity We are currently seeking several Production Operator's to join our Mattress Assembly team on day shift (6:00 am) at CAROLE PARK. Your responsibilities may include, based on your experience: Assemble mattresses using tools and machinery Handle materials including foam, springs, and fabric Follow instructions and safety protocols carefully Conduct quality checks during production Work efficiently to meet daily targets Keep your work area clean and safe About you The successful applicants will be hard-working team players who can demonstrate the following: Prior experience in manufacturing or a hands-on role is beneficial, but not essential Physically fit and capable of manual handling Reliable, punctual, and a team player Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Willingness to learn and follow procedures On Offer Upon completion of your training, you will contribute to manufacturing the best sleep solutions on the market.
