Responsibilities Overseeing the day-to-day operations of store & kitchen. Managing all key performance indicators, including COGS, financials, and rostering. Supervising & coaching team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience. Delivering ZSG food quality & safety standards. Preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies. Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation. Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff. Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations. Assisting with staff training.
