They have recently secured a $30M Renovation of 2 x penthouse apartments in Sydney CBD and are looking for a Site Manager to deliver this ultra-high-end project. This is a once in a lifetime project which will be one to tell people about in 10 years time! About the role: Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes on a high end project Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date Your Background: Experience with site managing high end apartments or homes. 5 years as a site manager/foreman Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality Positive attitude with the right temperament Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme You will Receive: Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline Outstanding culture multiple social events yearly Work for a director who genuinely cares for his staff Well staffed site including support from a PM, CA and foreman The ability to work on projects you will be proud to deliver To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
