Role Overview: We’re seeking a Parts Interpreter to join a busy dealership parts and accessories team. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you’ll handle interpretation, ordering, and customer support to keep parts supplies accurate, efficient, and reliable. Key Responsibilities: Interpret parts requirements from technicians and customers using catalogues and systems. Process orders, prepare quotes, invoices, and purchase orders. Manage stock control, receival, storage, dispatch, and replenishment. Liaise with suppliers for pricing, availability, and returns. Support the workshop and sales teams with accurate and timely parts delivery. Provide excellent customer service across counter, phone, and email channels. Maintain records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Qualifications & Experience: Prior experience as a Parts Interpreter, ideally in automotive, trucks, or heavy machinery. Strong customer service skills and a detail-oriented approach. Familiarity with dealership/ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Tune, Movex) highly regarded. Good communication and organisational skills. Current driver’s licence.
