Machine / Process Operators Roster: 12 hours shifts, 7 shifts / fortnight. Our client, a top supplier of bricks, pavers, blocks, and roof tiles, is looking for motivated Machine Operators to join their dynamic team. You will be required to work on a continuous shift-pattern roster: 12-hour shifts on a rotating day & night roster Total of 84 hours every fortnight, 7 shifts $41/hr (day shift 6am - 6pm) $43/hr (night shift 6pm-6am) Should you work outside your usual shift pattern then penalties will apply for the whole shift Duties and responsibilities: Run and keep an eye on factory machines, including kilns, to keep things moving. Shut down equipment safely if there’s a mechanical or process issue. Stick to quality checks to make sure every product meets the mark. Put safety first—follow protocols and join in on toolbox meetings. Skills and experience: Valid WA driver’s license and reliable transport Experience in manufacturing or minerals processing Ability to work on a continuous shift roster (days and nights) Proven reliability and strong attendance record Physically fit for a hands-on role Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening Full working rights in Australia (Perth-based) . Highly regarded skills but not mandatory: Forklift ticket and operational experience. Confined space ticket. Experience in manufacturing or processing environments.
