About the role: A Senior Analyst of the Transaction Support division will have the responsibility for delivering due diligence projects for M&A transaction, working directly below the leadership team or a manager as part of the project team. Skillset requirements include critical thinking, planning, financial analysis, good Excel skills and concise presentation of outputs. Key Responsibilities: Transaction support - execution of buy side and sell side due diligence projects (including planning, analysis, interviews, building databook and report writing) Due diligence as an Investigating Accountant for IPOs Forecast reviews Coach junior team members About you: Education Requirements: Essential Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major Completed CA or equivalent Demonstrated Experience & Attributes Essential 3-4 years' experience in transaction support, corporate finance, or auditing Strong analytical skills Strong attention to detail Good Excel skills Strong communication and report writing skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Ability to meet and work towards deadlines Life at RSM: RSM provides a great environment to build skills and confidence and we help our people achieve their best.
