Due to the company expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced and independent Education Account Manager - End User in Victoria, to join the Commercial Team of our System Business Group, reporting to the Head of Commercial - SYS BG. Key aspects of the role are including but not limited to:Building and maintaining relationships with key resellers and decision-makers in educational institutions;Collaborating with Education Business Manager, Marketing and Product Teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns for the education sector;Attending conferences and trade shows to promote ASUS IT devices and establishing new connections;Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to customers and prospects;Managing the cycle from opportunity identification to product delivery;Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and business sustainability;Accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals;Providing feedback to HQ to help drive partner-related data accuracy;Working collaboratively with technical teams to identify appropriate solutions based on external needs and requirements. Qualifications:Tertiary qualificationsMinimum 3 years' experience in the IT industry, preferably in the education sectorExcellent understanding of IT hardware and being passionate about ASUS PC productsStrong knowledge of the education industry and its buying patternsAbility to work independently and manage client portfolioKnowledge of and contacts within the IT industryExcellent communication and presentation skillsExceptional client service skills and well-developed negotiation & persuasion skillsAustralian citizen or permanent resident with unlimited working rights within Australia, no overseas applicants.No recruitment agency please!
