About the Role Our client is seeking a process-focused Senior Financial Adviser to join their expanding team. In this role, you will: Deliver detailed strategic financial planning and investment advice to a sustainable and profitable client portfolio. Mentor and support a Provisional (PY) Adviser to ensure their professional development and compliance standards. Collaborate closely with directors on client strategies and firm-wide projects. Contribute to process improvement and uphold the highest standards of advice delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead client meetings and provide comprehensive financial planning advice. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Mentor and guide a Provisional (PY) Adviser. Provide oversight and direction to paraplanning and admin staff as required. Develop and implement tailored financial strategies, including modelling and scenario planning. Maintain strong technical knowledge across superannuation, insurance, investments, and estate planning. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance or related discipline. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Financial Adviser. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Strong technical and analytical expertise in superannuation, insurance, investment planning, and estate planning. Proven experience with Xplan . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. A process-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail. Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
