About The Role We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Executive Assistant to join our Intellectual Property group on a permanent basis. This varied role will see you provide dedicated support to two Partners and a team of lawyers across both IP Litigation and Commercial IP matters within a collaborative and high-performing practice. Your Responsibilities Will Include Diary and inbox managementMonthly billing, accounts reporting and financial managementAssisting with court processes and filingsSupporting commercial IP transactions and client workDocument and file management across multiple mattersLiaising with clients, government bodies and external stakeholdersManaging e-filing and other regulatory processesCoordinating travel, including flights and accommodationProviding general administrative and ad hoc support as required About You As an experienced Executive Assistant, ideally with a legal background, you will bring professionalism, initiative and a strong commitment to supporting a dynamic team.
