Immediate start 6-month fixed term contract with the view for extension Hybrid working model after training (3-4 days in the office) Monday – Friday full-time hours Modern Artarmon office, easily accessible via public transport Supportive and experienced team environment Work under strong finance leadership with growth and learning opportunities Competitive salary superannuation, based on experience Join a well-known global brand with strong values and a collaborative culture Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, coding, and approvals Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment or invoice queries Process employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit card reconciliations Reconcile supplier statements and assist with month-end close including AP accruals Maintain accurate AP records and support compliance and audit requirements Assist with bank reconciliations, payment runs, and data entry tasks Provide general support across the finance team as needed Contribute to ongoing improvements in AP processes and reporting What You Will Bring to the Role: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable or Assistant Accountant role Strong understanding of AP processes and financial systems (SAP or similar ERP preferred) High attention to detail and a methodical approach to financial tasks Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you will be working with internal teams and external suppliers Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with expense management tools A proactive mindset with a willingness to contribute to a high-performing finance team Apply today to join a leading global brand where your skills will be valued and your career can grow.
