The Opportunity As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of day-to-day operations, working closely with the team to deliver results while supporting a dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include: Guest Experience- Lead from the floor to create memorable dining experiences, ensuring service standards are consistently exceeded. Team Leadership- Recruit, coach, roster, and develop FOH staff to build a motivated, high-performing team. Operational Excellence- Support with rostering, stock control, ordering, and venue presentation to keep everything running smoothly. Financial Awareness- Assist in monitoring labour costs, budgets, and sales targets, contributing to the venue’s financial success. Compliance- Uphold RSA, WHS, and food safety standards at all times, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace. Collaboration- Work hand-in-hand with the Restaurant Manager, Head Chef, and bar team to deliver seamless service across the precinct. Innovation & Improvement- Contribute ideas to improve systems, service flow, and guest engagement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
