There’s home builders and then there’s home builders. At Residential Attitudes, we’re a little bit different to the rest and that’s why we may, or may not be for you. Single storey homes, double storey homes, double brick, framed, reverse brick veneer, sloping sites, flat sites, sandy sites, clay sites – we build homes that respond to what the lot requires and work tirelessly with our clients to deliver extraordinary outcomes. You see, we’re not about building as many homes as possible – that’s the volume sausage factory stuff. We’re more about hitting a certain volume each month and we’re done and moving to the next month. The reason? Experience has taught us with what we do, how we do it well, and how we keep our promises this is the best way to operate. For some of our clients, they want a home that is incredibly unique, packs a lot of punch and stands out on the street – they like to put the ‘brave pants’ on so to speak. We believe in a level playing field so you’d be rotating through display homes, email, telephone, digital and social enquiries. The result is a cohesive team where everyone has a chance to do well. So what would one need to be successful in our team? Attitude is everything and not just because it’s in our name – you love what you do, and know that for it all to work well it’s about the people you work with in having respect from all sides Excellent communication skills with excellent personal presentation – this is possibly the single biggest investment will make which requires us to ensure our clients know everything they need to know, and all the special components that will go into their dream home will be captured thanks to yourself. Self-motivation, drive and enthusiasm. Selling can be tough yeh? But we also know it’s mind over matter, so you’ll know exactly what’s required when you wake up each morning to be successful in this sort of role. Previous experience is absolutely necessary as the nature of what we do doesn’t make this place a great training ground. You’ll be someone currently in this part of the market looking for a change or simply love what we do and how we do it, OR you are someone who’s cut their teeth in the industry but now looking to take the next step in selling homes that you yourself would absolutely love to be building for yourself as let’s be honest, the designs we have are pretty cool.
