Provide strategic direction, leadership and management across family support, child protection and out of home care services across the Greater Darwin Region, ensuring professional standards, facilitating ongoing improvement and proactively leading internal and external collaboration to achieve best outcomes for children, young people, families and communities. Effectively manage physical, human and financial resources and ensure compliance in accordance with relevant legislation including, though not limited to the Public Sector Management Act 2012 and Financial Management Act 2014.
