The Role We are seeking a Operations Analyst on a contract basis in the Eastern Suburbs. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in warehousing or logistics environments, who understands how systems like WMS, SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms are used in day-to-day operations. You will be the key support for operational teams, helping them use these systems effectively, troubleshooting issues, and improving processes to keep operations running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Support operational teams in the practical, day-to-day use of WMS and other enterprise systems Act as the first point of contact for system queries, troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary Maintain accurate operational data, including performing validation and contributing to master data management Identify opportunities to improve operational and warehouse processes and implement practical solutions Test new system updates and functionality to ensure seamless integration with daily operations Deliver training, onboarding, and refresher sessions to maximise team efficiency Document workflows and system processes to support operational continuity Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems support operational needs effectively Candidate Experience Hands-on experience in warehousing, logistics, or operational environments Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, WMS, or similar platforms Strong attention to detail / background in similar environments Contract Details Type: Contract Location: Eastern Suburbs Duration: 6 months Please note, we can only contact successfully shortlisted candidates.
