Job Description As an Agentic AI Specialist, you will combine deep technical expertise with client-facing leadership. You’ll shape and lead pre-sales engagements, craft solution visions, and design robust agentic architectures that address complex challenges in industries such as finance, healthcare, energy, and government. Your role will balance hands-on innovation with client engagement, ensuring we deliver both compelling solutions upfront and successful production deployments. Key responsibilities include: Pre-Sales & Architecture Leadership Craft solution that address complex business challenges in regulated sectors. Lead presales engagements – workshops, discovery sessions, RFP/RFI responses, business cases and architecture deep-dives. Design demonstrators and PoCs that showcase the art of the possible and accelerate buying confidence. Translate scope into delivery-ready programmes, ensuring seamless handover to delivery teams. Champion best practice and responsible AI, embedding security, privacy, governance and ethical considerations from day one. Delivery & Capability Building Architect, prototype, and deliver production-grade agentic architectures. Build integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, and workflows ensuring scalability and resilience. Deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI agents in real-world client environments. Mentor consultants and engineers, elevating capability across the region and contributing to Endava’s global communities of practice.
