What you’ll do: Assisting in collaboration efforts with external clients and key internal stakeholders to explore, scope, and deliver automation solutions. Supporting project timelines and agile sprints across multiple workstreams by curating and refining user stories, sprints and test plans. Maintaining up to date artefacts such as requirements, process maps, test artefacts, stakeholders register. Coordinating and participating in functional & user acceptance testing, to track any issues and drive remediation as needed. Assisting in training stakeholders and clients to effectively adopt new solutions. Contributing to providing business insights to clients using data analytics and visualisation tools to communicate performance, usage and ROI. Supporting product development roadmaps and coordinating with our leading process automation, web development, and AI teams to deliver new product features and enhancements. What we’re looking for: Skilled in scoping and supporting enterprise automation solutions with foundational abilities in data analytics, visualization, and agile software development. Strong written/verbal communication and client focus, with interest or experience in Business Analysis or related roles. Familiarity with data tools like Power BI and SQL; other tools are a plus. Demonstrated project coordination skills, supporting multiple workstreams and maintaining key project artefacts.
