Role Overview As a Network Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-grade edge network infrastructure. With a focus on implementing and optimizing Cisco wireless and SD-WAN solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy, configure, and maintain Cisco wireless LAN controllers, access points, and related infrastructure.Support the implementation and monitoring of Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela or Meraki) solutions across distributed environments.Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, escalating complex problems to the Network Architect or vendors as needed.Assist in the rollout of hybrid-WAN and performance optimization strategies.Maintain accurate network documentation, including topology diagrams and configuration records.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution delivery and ensure alignment with architectural standards.Participate in on-site and remote client engagements to support solution deployment and issue resolution.Required Skills & Experience4 years of experience in enterprise network engineering roles.Hands-on experience with Cisco wireless technologies (WLCs, APs, Prime Infrastructure, DNA Center).Strong understanding of Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela or Meraki), including policy configuration and performance monitoring.Hands on experience with VXLANSolid grasp of routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).Familiarity with network security principles and tools (e.g., firewalls, NAC).Experience working in high-availability, fault-tolerant environments.Preferred QualificationsCisco certifications such as CCNA Wireless, CCNP Enterprise, or SD-WAN Specialist.Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS) and network automation tools.What Makes You a Great FitA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
