Why You’ll Love This Role: Lead a passionate team to deliver memorable service in busy, diverse venues. You'll play a key part in shaping a warm and engaging club atmosphere, ensuring every visit is special. What You’ll Be Doing: Inspire and lead our front-of-house team for exceptional customer service. Oversee smooth operations across departments, ensuring great member and guest experiences. Implement service initiatives and foster strong customer engagement. Train, mentor, and develop staff, building a service-driven culture. Manage feedback and resolve issues quickly, always seeking improvements. Collaborate with senior management to drive club-wide success. Working a 6-week rotating roster with a variety of shifts. What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership and a passion for hospitality. Experience in customer service management, especially in clubs, hospitality, or gaming. Excellent communicator and problem-solver, leading by example. Skilled in motivating and supporting teams. Understanding of club operations and gaming compliance, or willing to learn. Why Join Us?
