About the Role As a Customer Service and Sales Support Officer in the estimating team (internally titled as Estimator), you will join a collaborative estimating team where your focus will be on creating accurate quotes for bathrooms, kitchens, and laundries. You will work in a back-office environment supporting a range of clients by processing sales and providing quotes or updated product information. Your building or plumbing industry knowledge will help you craft smart, practical solutions for Routleys customers. This full-time, permanent position offers consistent Monday to Friday hours (8am–5pm) and the chance to be part of a well-established, proudly SA-owned business.
