About The Role We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team based in Edinburgh North. You’ll be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle—from negotiation and execution to close-out. You’ll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure all contractual obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and opportunities are maximised. Key Responsibilities Will Include Prepare, review, and manage head contracts and subcontractor agreements.Administer claims, variations, EOTs, and progress payments.Monitor and report on contract performance, risks, and compliance.Support project cost reporting and ensure accurate documentation of variations.Liaise with stakeholders to resolve disputes and ensure smooth project delivery.Maintain strong communication with internal and external partners.Ensure compliance with company policies, legislation, and insurance requirements. About You Tertiary Qualification in Business, Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator.Experience in Australian standard construction contracts and contract law.Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
