Overview : We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Online team, supporting our multiple international markets and distributors. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, eCommerce operations, and effective communication across multiple markets. You will play a key role in supporting our online growth strategy, managing digital assets, coordinating communications, and assisting with technical aspects of our eCommerce channels and platforms. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organisational skills, and is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across international markets. You will work closely with the wider AU-based Online Marketing team based in Burleigh Heads, and report directly to the Global Head of Marketing. Key Responsibilities; International & Distributor Communications: Provide ongoing support to international distributors and markets, including product descriptions, pricing updates, website changes, and brand asset distribution. Along with ordering assistance, for business growth. Respond to international marketing queries and maintain consistent brand communication across all regions. Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to international promotional calendars. eCommerce Website & Shopify Management (AU & International): Manage and maintain eCommerce product catalogues, themes, blogs, and landing pages across our International Shopify Plus websites. Ensure all content is accurate, visually appealing, SEO-optimised, and aligned with campaign and promotional requirements. Coordinate with Product, Design, and Customer Service, along with the wider marketing team to gather necessary product data, imagery, and assets for timely updates and launches. Support the management of Shopify apps to enhance user experience and site functionality (e.g., CartyLabs, Okendo, Orderly Emails, Bundles, Smile.io). Email & SMS Marketing (Klaviyo): Assist in creating, scheduling, and optimising email and SMS campaigns (including automated flows) for AU and International markets. Manage audience segmentation, lists and out-of-stock form creation and notifications through Klaviyo. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with broader marketing strategies. Track and report on email performance, providing insights for continuous improvement. Strong copywriting skills to effectively draft compelling and conversion-driven email briefs. Analytics, Reporting & Project Management: Monitor website, email, and social performance using analytics tools (Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, Klaviyo). Provide regular reports on KPIs and campaign results, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation. Support the team with data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements. Effectively manage tasks and projects using Asana, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates to all relevant team members. Influencer, UGC & Customer Support: Assist in managing influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns. Coordinate product send-outs, track deliverables, maintain reports, and follow up with influencers to support campaign goals. Proactively engage customers to secure high-quality content for use across paid campaigns and PR initiatives. Drive the execution of customer surveys to capture actionable insights, supporting product development and enhancing campaign effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in a previous entry-level brand or digital marketing role. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences. Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics (or similar platforms). Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content optimisation best practices. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Creative eye for design, branding, and customer experience.
