Description Develop and implement effective media strategies aligned with client goals. Oversee media planning and buying activities across multiple channels, especially, TV, radio, OOH. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly. Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reporting to clients. Identify opportunities to optimise media spend and improve results. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging media platforms. Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed. Profile A successful Media Planner and Buyer should have: Experience in media planning and buying, with a focus TV, radio, OOH channels. A strong understanding of the media and agency landscape in Australia. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. The ability to analyse data and deliver actionable insights. Proficiency in media tools and platforms relevant to the role. Effective communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving results. Job Offer Competitive salary package of approximately $90,000 - $110,000 AUD, plus super.
