The role can be part-time (school hours, 5 days a week) for a parent, or a full-time permanent position. Description Reporting into the Finance Manager your responsibilities will include: Accounts Payable Role End-to-end Accounts Payable Processing invoices (stock & non-stock) Handling international and local payments Managing funds in multiple currencies Conducting payment runs fortnightly Supporting change, process, and system implementations/improvements Accounts Receivable Role End to end Accounts Receivable Reconciliations AR ledger Collecting payments Resolve client billing issues Handle global customer inquiries Profile The ideal candidate for each role will have at least 2 year's experience in a similar Accounts Payable and Receivable role and will be a natural problem solver. They should be tech-savvy, with Xero experience as a bonus. Strong communication skills, a flair for numbers, high attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
